ラップを歌い、ミュージックビデオを撮影、制作した。 日々の出会いの中で生まれるたくさんの感情を、最高密度のことばに凝縮して、ラップの歌詞にした。 平和にまつわる直接的なことばは使わずに、わたしたちが住んでいるこの世界や、心の平穏を願う想いを、ことばと身体パフォーマンスで表現した。 5つのコーシャ(鞘)を超えたところには、アートマン（自己の根源）がある。わたしたちはいつでもそこに戻り、安らぎ、くつろぐことができる。心の穏やかさはいつでもここにあった。
I rapped, and filmed and produced a music video. I condensed the many emotions created from my everyday encounters into the densest possible words to create the rap lyrics. I expressed the world we live in, and my dreams for mental tranquility, into words and physical performance, instead of using direct language about peace. When we surpass the five koshas (sheaths), we reach our atman (the root of the self). We can return there, rest, and recover at any time. Peace of mind was right here all along.
