明日になるとお腹が痛いかもしれなくて、犬に追いかけられるかもだし、もしかしたら、、、画面上で行われている出来事はいつも「タニンゴト」で「わたくしごと」 ではない。 3体の人体で構成される本作品は、様々な型を使いながら頭部、胴部、手足のパーツがちぐはぐなスケールで組み合わせ、FRPの内部には同一の土と藁を詰め込んでいる。 共通項を探していくこと。 どのような立場にもなりうる可能性があると思うことが出来れば、少しは共存できるかもしれない。
Tomorrow, my stomach might ache, I might be chased by a dog, and who knows what else might happen... The events unfolding on the screen are not always about 'others’, but often 'my own story’. This piece consists of three anatomical figures. Their body parts—heads, torsos, legs, and so on—are taken from various models and assembled at inconsistent scales. Encased within the fiber-reinforced plastic is a homogeneous mixture of soil and straw. Exploring a common ground. If you can open your mind to the possibilities of any perspective, there might be a chance for some degree of coexistence.

TODOROKI MASAOMI
1994年東京都生まれ、千葉県在住。東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科彫刻専攻2022年度修了。人型を主なモチーフとして立体作品を制作。主な展示として〈P.O.N.D〉（渋谷PALCO／2022）、〈六甲ミーツ・アート〉（神戸六甲山／2023）など。2018年度久米桂一郎賞、2019年度安宅賞、2022年度CAF賞、2023年度六甲山観光賞受賞。
TODOROKI MASAOMI was born in Tokyo in 1994 and now lives in Chiba Prefecture. In the 2022 academic year, he completed a master’s course in sculpture at the Graduate School of Fine Arts of Tokyo University of the Arts. He produced sculptures based on human anatomy. His work has been exhibited at P.O.N.D. (an event at Shibuya Parco) and Rokko Meets Art 2023 (an art festival held on Mt. Rokko in Kobe). His accolades include the Kume Keiichiro Award in fiscal year 2018, the Ataka Award in fical year 2019, the Contemporary Art Foundation Award in fiscal year 2022, and the Mt. Rokko Tourism Award in fiscal year 2023.
